SIENNA's BAKE AND BOOK SALE - JULY 2025

Another week, another bake sale. This time Isla's cousin Sienna, along with her brother Joshua and friend Daisy held a cake and book sale in Leigh-on-Sea. A big thank you to the kids, and Isla's Auntie Sarah for helping organise, as they raised an incredible £201.30 for the charity.

The bake sale was back by popular demand. Isla's sister Ariana and her friends Lili and Emily spent hours baking banana bread, m&m cookies, lemon cake, shortbread, cupcakes, brownies and more. The queues went down the road and the girls raised an incredible £300 for the charity!

Isla's cousin Florence and her friends went even bigger than last year and expanded their bracelet sale to also include home made worry worms. Hosting a stand at the local school fete Florence (with help from the school) raised a brilliant £205.50 for the charity. 

Another brilliant sold-out golf day thanks to Isla's great uncle Andy with Tony Cottee kindly hosting the auction again. We raised an incredible £11,352.04 with £7,049.88 going to the charity. Thank you again to everyone who came and made it a special day and we look forward to seeing you again in 2026!

After the success of last year's "We Dance for Isla" event, demand was so high our amazing ambassador Sam Malia went even bigger this year with "We Move for Isla" adding Combat, Fitsteps, Aerobics to the Zumba fundraiser. It was a great day with £1,679.74 raised for the charity. 

Isla's Uncle Mike helped from across the pond, taking part in the annual Haymakers for Hope charity boxing event in New York. Not only did Mike raise an incredible £11,352.04 for the charity, but he also won his fight!

Isla's cousin Theo and his team mates from the Cougars Under 9's football team in Hockley, completed a 15k sponsored walk (on a very hot day!). All the boys did amazing and raised a whopping £1,500! (A huge thank you to Theo and Kirsty (Theo's mum) for arranging!)

A massive thank-you to our family friend Peter Hall who arranged a badminton fundraiser at his club! He raised £828 for the charity!

An incredible thank-you to Isla's Sister Ariana and her friends, Lili, Sophie and Alice who raised an incredible £553 from their bake sale! The girls were planning this for weeks and it all paid off as people were queuing down the road to get the goods!
